Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
SportsAPIs.dev is a directory of sports data and odds APIs for developers, operated by JediBets, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy says what personal data we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. It covers the website at sportsapis.dev, our ChatGPT plugin, and the partner form. If you have a question, email info@SportsAPIs.dev.
What we collect, and why
Website visits
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where traffic comes from. Google Analytics sets cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the referring site, and the links to other sites that you click. The script loads after your first scroll, click or tap, or 3.5 seconds after the page opens. We use this data to see which guides and reviews are useful. The recipient is Google. We keep this data for no longer than 14 months. You can block it with a browser setting, a content blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Hosting logs
Vercel hosts this site and runs our server functions, including the ChatGPT plugin endpoint. Vercel keeps standard request logs: IP address, browser identifier, the URL requested and the time of the request. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate errors or abuse. Vercel keeps them for a short period under its own retention policy and then deletes them. See the Vercel privacy policy.
Partner form
If you submit the Partner With Us form, we collect your name, email address, company website, Discord username (optional) and the details of your API. We use this to review your listing and to reply to you. The submission is stored in a private GitHub repository and a copy is posted to a private Discord channel that only our team can read. The recipients are GitHub and Discord. We keep a submission while the listing is live or under review. Email us to have it deleted at any time.
ChatGPT plugin
Our ChatGPT plugin lets ChatGPT look up providers in our directory. When ChatGPT calls it, we receive only the tool inputs that ChatGPT sends: a sport, feature filters, or provider names. We do not receive your ChatGPT account, your name, or your conversation. We do not store tool inputs. The plugin sets no cookies. The hosting logs above apply to each request. The plugin returns facts about API providers only; it gives no betting advice and takes no wagers.
If you email us, we keep the email for as long as we need it to answer you and for our records.
Links to other sites
Some links to API providers carry a referral code. If you sign up with that provider, the provider may tell us that a sign-up came from our link and may pay us a commission. We receive aggregate counts, not your personal details. Those providers, our Discord server, Reddit and X each have their own privacy policy. We do not control what they collect.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run advertising networks or ad tracking.

- Partner data: ask us to remove your submission at any time.
If you live in the EU, UK, California or another place with privacy laws, you may have further rights under those laws, such as the right to object or to complain to a regulator. Email us and we will help.
