RockOdds API Review 2026

RockOdds is a Bookmaker.eu API, an odds feed built around that one sportsbook. Bookmaker.eu is the offshore book sharp bettors know for high limits and early, efficient lines, and it has no public API of its own. Elsewhere in our directory it shows up as moneylines at most, so a feed that carries its spreads, totals, team totals and player props fills a real gap.

The API is deliberately small. Four authenticated endpoints and a public health check cover everything, and the same game, market, line and selection model runs through REST and the stream. You can read the whole reference in one sitting and have a working board the same afternoon.

Sports cover NFL, college football, NBA, college basketball, NHL, MLB and soccer. What comes back on a given day follows Bookmaker's own board. On a Tuesday morning in late September we pulled close to 90 games across NFL, college football, MLB and NHL, which is what was in season.

Beyond spreads, totals and moneylines, the market list goes where most single-book feeds don't:

• Bookmaker player props: NFL props such as passing touchdowns turned up in our September testing, and MLB home run props came back for dozens of players in a single pull.
• Team and game specials: team totals, odd/even, first-inning run (YRFI), hits plus runs plus errors, total hits, and first-10-minute scoring in hockey.
• Soccer: both teams to score, plus team and match exact goals.
• Periods: full game, halves, basketball quarters, the first hockey period, and single innings one through nine.

Two fields are worth calling out. Alternate lines come as extra entries in each market, and the primary one is flagged with is_mainline, so you never guess which line is the main one. Every market also carries a limit, the max stake Bookmaker accepts. We saw limits from a few hundred dollars up to five figures, and for anyone modeling market confidence that number is signal you rarely get from an odds feed.

REST lives at https://rockodds.live/api/v2. /games returns pregame and live games, /pregame returns only upcoming ones, and /games/{game_id} returns a single game. Filters cover sport, live status, period and market type, and you can repeat the market filter to ask for several at once. Auth is an X-API-Key header. Odds come as American prices in strings, and every line has its own updated_at time.

The stream at /stream uses Server-Sent Events. It opens with a full snapshot, then pushes market updates, locked markets, new games, removed games and live-status changes. One connection can carry pregame and live odds together with game_status=all. A heartbeat arrives about every 30 seconds. There's no event replay, so recovery works by reconnecting and rebuilding from the next snapshot. The docs spell out that flow with working Python and JavaScript examples.

Limits are clear. REST allows 200 requests a minute per key, and every response reports what's left in x-ratelimit-remaining, so a client can pace itself. Keys normally get three concurrent streams. A public /api/health endpoint reports how fresh the data is and marks the feed degraded if the newest update is more than 60 seconds old.

There's no public price list and no self-serve signup. You fill in a short request form with your project, the access you need (REST, streaming, or both), and how you'd like to be contacted. The developer reviews the use case and replies with terms, then invoices. The site sums it up as a direct conversation with no pricing pitch.

If you plan to resell or redistribute the odds, say so in the request. The form asks, and it's the kind of detail that shapes the price. There's no free tier, so budget for a paid key from day one.

We tested RockOdds on a live key through September 2026. The REST endpoints answered fast, and the full board of close to 90 games came back in one response well under a second. NFL spreads carried a ladder of alternate lines around the mainline, and every market listed its stake limit. The SSE stream sent its snapshot on connect and started pushing updates within seconds.

The developer is also quick to act on feedback. We asked for rate-limit headers and for college sport codes that don't clash, and both changes shipped within days. College football now answers to NCAAF and college basketball to NCAAB, and the older codes keep working. The developer is active in our Discord too.

RockOdds suits anyone who needs Bookmaker.eu specifically:

• Sharp bettors and modelers who treat Bookmaker as a second market-maker beside Pinnacle, and who want the stake limits that come with its lines.
• Odds screeners and comparison tools that need a Bookmaker column, props included, not just a moneyline.
• Prop tools that want an offshore reference price for player props.
• Data providers that want to add Bookmaker coverage for their own customers under a resale agreement.

Bookmaker.eu data has been hard to buy. Most feeds skip the book, and the ones that carry it stop at moneylines.
